POST 4 / 6 — Trust the rating, not the complaints.
Fundamentals 4/6 — the principles behind my seller leads system. I share them because they work for us — and this one took me the longest to learn.
Complaints will come: "the leads are weak, unmotivated, nothing signs." Expect them — and hold the line.
Trust the rating, not the complaints.
The health check is simple: as long as enough agents in the rating are signing mandates and are satisfied, the system works. We listen to them on how to improve the experience — not to those who constantly complain.
We don't argue with complainers and we don't rebuild the system around them.
We simply keep bringing in new agents — and the rating cleans itself over time: those who can't convert and can't hold their score drop off on their own.
Transparency does the arguing for us — everyone sees who converts, while the system distributes leads to all equally.
Who gets more of your attention — the ones delivering, or the ones explaining why delivery is impossible?
